SHIPPING INFO
Orders are shipped once a week on Mondays. If a public holiday falls on a Monday, orders will ship on a Tuesday.
If you need something in a rush, please contact us. We'll work with you to make it happen!
All our items are securely packaged. In the rare event that something does get damaged in the mail, please contact us, we will work it out.
U.S. ORDERS
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, and items should be received within 2 - 5 business days of shipping. But this is not guaranteed by the USPS. During these uncertain times with COVID-19, it could take longer. If you would like an alternate shipper, please contact us with your order number after placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders ship via USPS First-Class Package International. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, and items should be received in 7-21 business days of shipping. But this is not guaranteed by the USPS. During these uncertain times with COVID-19, it could take longer. If you would like an alternate shipper, please contact us with your order number after placing the order.
If you live outside the US, you may be charged customs fees or import duties on international mail. Since they vary from country to country, we can not cover it in our shipping charges and are not responsible for any customs or duties.
We recommend researching your country's rules for receiving packages shipped from the US before placing an order. International orders may also be delayed by customs processing.
Once a shipment has left the US, it is handled by the recipient country's postal service, not USPS. If you have questions about your tracking and/or customs fees, please contact your local postal service for information.
TRACKING
Tracking is handled by USPS. If you are not in the USA, it is handled by your country’s post office once it leaves the USA.
If an item seems to be lost, the best thing to do is to contact the post office directly.
